01. The Challenge
Miss Lyn is a popular linen manufacturer that had established an e-commerce store some years ago. They were frustrated that their online store was not generating enough revenue so approached us to help increase their online revenue.
02. The Solution
Along with a complete brand refresh and updated content strategy, we implemented a robust paid media strategy aimed at increasing sales via their online store.
We developed a multi-channel campaign focused on users with interests in linen and home amenities amongst others. We looked to gain awareness for the brand through promotion of video content as well as top-funnel brand messaging and then looked to convert users that have shown intent.
03. The Result
Within the first 3 months of implementation, we were able to increase revenue by 137% compared to the previous period.
Year on year we have managed to increase online revenue by over 40% and conversion rate by 25% for the brand.
